Adult classes are offered on Wednesday evenings from 6:45pm-7:45pm.

Adult camps are offered on weekends several times a year.

During enrollment, please let us know what your experience level is and what your goals are. This helps our coaches create a lesson plan that benefits all skill levels in our adult program and helps prepare you for success in the gym!

Coach Shane competed in all star cheer and has been a gymnastics and tumbling coach for the past 16 years and has taught adult rec and competitive classes for 3 years.

Coach Dakota competed as both a youth and adult gymnast. In the 2022-2023 season, she competed on a team with 6 other adult gymnasts. Dakota has coached adult rec and competitive classes for 3 years.

Guest coaches: Dynasty brings in guest coaches from other clubs during our adult camps! These coaches have experience in either the cheer or gymnastics worlds.
